How we handle information when you visit this website or get in touch.
Who is responsible
Innovation Enabled Limited is the controller of personal information collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 12402916. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
For privacy questions or requests, use our enquiry form or write to us at the registered office, marked “Privacy”. This notice covers website visitors and enquiries. Any additional arrangements for client work are agreed separately.
What we collect
Our enquiry form asks for your first and last name, email address and message. Your company name is optional. We also receive information you choose to share in follow-up correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential project materials through the form.
Our hosting and security providers process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages and security events to deliver and protect the site. The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated traffic.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply, discuss a potential project and keep a record of that conversation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and running our business. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, we rely on those pre-contractual steps.
We rely on legitimate interests to maintain site security, prevent spam and investigate misuse. We also retain or disclose information when necessary to meet a legal obligation. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not use this website for advertising profiling or decisions with legal or similarly significant effects made solely by automated processing.
Who receives information
Webflow hosts this website and processes form submissions for us. Cloudflare provides delivery and security services, including Turnstile. Our communications providers may process correspondence when we reply. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for these purposes. We may also share relevant information with professional advisers or authorities where required by law or necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Website fonts, media and scripts are delivered by Webflow and external content delivery networks, including Google, Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and UNPKG. These requests disclose technical connection information, such as an IP address. Read Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy information for details of its security processing.
Processing outside the UK
Webflow and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Webflow’s Data Processing Addendum sets out the transfer safeguards, including the UK addendum to standard contractual clauses where required. You can contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for the period needed to answer you, follow up the discussion and establish whether work will proceed. The appropriate period depends on the progress of the enquiry, any continuing relationship and the need to resolve a complaint or legal claim. Client and accounting records may need to be kept longer to meet contractual, tax or other legal requirements. Retention is limited to what is necessary for these purposes. Cookie durations are explained below.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, including our handling of an enquiry. These rights are subject to legal conditions; we will explain any reason we cannot fulfil a request.
Use our enquiry form or registered office address to make a request. We may need to verify your identity. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator. You do not have to contact us first.
Cookies & similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses cookies and similar technologies for security and to remember that you have dismissed the cookie notice. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and Webflow’s visitor analytics are switched off.
Site and form security
Cloudflare may set the _cfuvid cookie to distinguish visitors sharing an IP address and apply rate limits fairly. It is a session cookie. Cloudflare Turnstile also processes browser and device signals to protect the enquiry form. Security checks and any related storage depend on the request and the protection needed.
These functions protect the site and the form from automated abuse. For current details of security cookies and their durations, see Cloudflare’s cookie information.
